Conduct regular tool-box safety briefings.Material Coordination: Track inventory, manage on-site material storage, and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure no work stoppages occur due to resource shortages.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate site diaries, compile Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), and update project trackers to keep the management informed of timelines or potential bottlenecks.Real-time Troubleshooting: Identify technical discrepancies or site constraints early and provide practical, immediate engineering solutions to keep the project on schedule.
