Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Linux environments (Debian, RedHat, etc) either in the physical, virtual, and/or lab environments. Automate deployments, updates, and OS rollouts; manage 100+ deployments Address performance issues & support business application software running on Linux. Oversee system security, patching, & configuration to ensure maximum uptime & reliability. Collaborate with engineering teams on the design & upkeep of scalable infrastructure solutions. Experience with OS deployment, management, and administration of servers, workstations, and laptops in Windows and Linux (e.g. RHEL/Ubuntu) environments, both on-site and remote Scripting and development experience to automate IT processes (e.g. ) Adopt and enforce BTS policies, security guidelines, and best practices. Roles and Responsibilities: Horizon administration, provisioning and managing desktop pools and Application pools VMware Horizon View Infrastructure Upgrades ( of Connection Server,UAG, vCenter, ESXi, Appvolume, DEM) Installation and configuration of App Volume (Writable & AppStacks) and UEM for Non Persistent Virtual Desktops Creating App Stacks and Assign the App Stacks to the UsersGroups. Using UEM for application profiling folder redirection condition based policies. Troubleshooting Virtual Desktop issues & handling incidents on the same Creating and Managing linked clones, instant clones and Full Clones POOLS. Managing Master Images for application installs, upgrades and patching. Basic Troubleshooting of vSphere, ESXi host & VMs issue. Managing hardware upgrades and firmware updates on physical / Baremetal servers. Responsible for all technical documentation.

We are looking for 4-6 years of experienced individuals in relevant fields for our various services with respect to CI Converged Infrastructure. Network & Compute Skill Networking experience providing network support; including network analysis, troubleshooting, design, and device configuration. Understanding of transport protocols, routing protocols, and security/authentication protocols at all layers of the OSI model with emphasis on TCP/IP are essential. Experience with Cisco networking and Cisco UCS desired. Experience in Cisco IOS routing & switching Experience in Cisco Nexus family of switches like Nexus 7K, 5K, 1K Experience in Cisco UCS Computing Experience in design and implementation of Datacenter Ethernet & Datacenter Interconnect technologies Experience in Converged Network and/or Unified Storage Infrastructure in Datacenter Expert level knowledge in Network Switching and Layer 2 Protocols & intermediate level knowledge in Routing. Reviews existing technology implementations and suggests and implements improvements and upgrades ( e.g: VCENTER Server/ESXi) Actively seeks out opportunities to improve existing practices, procedures, and technology implementation. Maintains awareness of VMware software patches and their impact on the environment. Strong experience on implementation/ Upgrade of VMware Vcenter, ESXi and other components Upgrade Should have good knowledge on performing health check and troubleshoot system performance within the VMware environment.

Required Skills:Expertise in installation, configuration, and management of Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019.Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere and vCenter, including virtual machine creation and management, resource allocation, and network configuration.Experience in handling physical server and data center infrastructure, including server installation and maintenance, rack and stack, cabling. Strong knowledge of security compliance, and implementing best practices to protect against security threats and vulnerabilities.Closely work with business teams to understand the requirements and provide support as needed and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good knowledge using PowerShell and Power-CLI.Awareness of ITIL concept Good Communication learning and documentation skills.Good understanding of ServiceNow ticketing tool.Flexible to work evening/night hours and weekends long term if required.Cross technologies like Linux is an added advantage.
