Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Services process to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Conduct meetings with prospects to address visa-related queries and convert them into clients. Understand client requirements and provide accurate counseling on services and procedures. Maintain strong professional relationships with both clients and colleagues. Regularly follow up on existing and new leads to maximize client conversions. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets by handling warm leads effectively. Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of potential clients for long-term growth. Remain self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in meeting business goals. As an immigration consultant, your role will involve making calls to clients and conducting meetings to discuss their cases and requirements

- Advise clients on the visa application process, including required documentation, eligibilitycriteria, and timelines.- Assess client profiles to determine the most suitable visa category and ensure compliancewith immigration laws and regulations.- Prepare and review visa applications and supporting documents to minimize errors andmaximize approval rates.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, procedures, and changes that mayaffect client applications.- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about the status of theirapplications and addressing any concerns or queries.- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (embassies, consulates, etc.) toexpedite the visa process when necessary

Ability to explain various immigration programs, helping the clients to understand and choose the right immigration program.Counseling the clients over the phone and through emails.Update the client about immigration updates and check their eligibility.Interact with professionals/clients in person and assist them with the overseas process.Keep regular follow up with clients for the immigration process and give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration services & visa laws & policies.Identify and resolve client concerns by giving assistance in time.Should be able to convince the prospects and generate business for the company.

To provide professional and quality counseling service that exceeds customer and client expectations Should achieve sales target as per laid down targets from the walk-ins, convince and convert. Experienced (in the same field) candidate will be preferred. Acquisition of new Clients & follow up with existing ones.
