About Role: We're seeking a talented Webflow Specialist to join our Growth marketing team. As a Webflow Specialist, your role will be to create visually stunning websites using Webflow's visual design tools and advanced capabilities. You'll be responsible for designing pixel-perfect websites and optimising them for optimal performance. Responsibilities: Design visually appealing and responsive websites using Webflow's visual design tools. Create pixel-perfect designs that align with our brand and target audience. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and translate them into impactful website designs. Optimise website performance by leveraging Webflow's capabilities, such as image optimization and lazy loading. Utilize Webflow's advanced features to create dynamic pages and interactive elements. Drive conversion rate optimization initiatives through A/B testing, user experience analysis, and data-driven insights. Implement A/B tests and analyse results to identify areas for improvement and iterate on design and functionality. Requirements: Proven experience as a Webflow Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing visually stunning and responsive website designs.
