Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or a related field. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio of work to demonstrate your skills. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights. Design user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and easy to use. Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across products and platforms. Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools.
