Data Entry and Management:Input, verify, and maintain accurate records of various types of data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems.Update and cleanse existing datasets to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Documentation and Record Keeping:Organize and manage large volumes of data/documents in a systematic and easily accessible manner.Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.Quality Assurance:Review data entries for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information; rectify as needed to ensure high-quality output.Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve data issues promptly.Data Analysis Support:Assist in generating reports or summaries based on the input data for further analysis as requested by team leads or managers.Collaboration and Communication:Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary information and ensure data accuracy and completeness.Communicate effectively with team members regarding data-related tasks and deadlines.Qualifications:Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.Proficiency in data entry software, database management systems, and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).Excellent typing speed and accuracy.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while handling repetitive tasks.Good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Familiarity with data confidentiality principles and policies.Additional Skills (Preferred but not Required):Knowledge of basic data analysis techniques.Experience with data cleansing and validation tools.Basic understanding of data entry automation tools or software.
