Proven experience as a Travel Executive/Coordinator or similar role. Strong knowledge of travel booking systems, itineraries, and documentation. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and handle last-minute changes. Flexibility to work extended hours, including early mornings/late nights for guest pickups.
