Assisting with unloading and storing stock. Keep Crumbing set for cleaning the table. Get menu from Kitchen, print buffet tags with correct spelling. Be ready for the briefings with the up dation of sales budgets promotions dish & drink of the day etc. Any communication must be log down in log book every time.
