Coordinate with logistics for transporter selection, LR, e-way bill, invoice and on-time delivery. Escalate delays and resolve customer complaints with a solution-first mindset. Maintain proper documentation of POs, drawings, inspection reports and dispatch records.Must-Have Skills 3-4 years of experience in a Manufacturing company (CRE / Order Management / Inside Sales). Strong working knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets. Comfortable using modern AI tools - ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot - for drafting mails, summaries and reports.
