Material Handling Handle coated fabrics and specialized materials carefully to avoid damage. Minimize wastage and ensure optimal utilization of materials. 5. Process Compliance Follow SOPs, safety standards, and production guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor. Adhere to timelines and production targets. 6. Team Leadership (for Master level) Guide and train junior stitchers/operators. Support supervisors in improving stitching techniques and efficiency. Assist in process improvements and new product development trials.Required Skills & Competencies Expertise in industrial stitching, especially with heavy-duty or coated fabrics.
