Tendering Process Management:* Lead and manage the end-to-end tendering process for interior fitout projects.* Review and analyze tender documents and ensure alignment with company capabilities.* Coordinate with various departments (Design, Estimation, Contracts, and Procurement) to gather relevant information for tender preparation.2. **Cost Estimation**:* Prepare and review accurate cost estimates based on project scope, specifications, and site conditions.* Assess and benchmark material and labor costs to ensure competitiveness and profitability.3. **Bid Preparation**:* Develop detailed technical and commercial bids, ensuring all required documentation is included.* Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers to obtain quotations and competitive pricing.* Ensure timely submission of tenders, in adherence with deadlines.4. **Risk Assessment**:* Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies during the tendering phase.* Ensure that all potential risks are accounted for in pricing and project timelines.5. **Client Interaction**:* Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders for tender clarifications.* Present tender submissions to clients, explaining the scope, costs, and timeline.6. **Market Research**:* Stay updated with market trends, new materials, and construction methodologies related to interior fitouts.* Use market intelligence to propose cost-effective solutions and competitive pricing.7. **Documentation & Reporting**:* Maintain clear documentation of all tendering activities, including cost breakdowns, scope of work, and communications.* Prepare periodic reports for senior management on tender status and success rates.8. Team Management* Oversee the tendering team to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely submissions.* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices in tendering.Key Requirements* **Education**: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
