- Key Responsibilities:1. Managing the entire tender process: overseeing all aspects of tender preparation, submission, and evaluation to ensure compliance with requirements and deadlines.2. Coordinating with various teams: collaborating with teams such as procurement, legal, finance, and technical to gather information and ensure accuracy in tender documents.3. Preparation of BOQ: creating comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on project requirements and specifications.4. Bid Management: developing and implementing strategies for successful bidding, including pricing, technical proposals, and presentations.5. Tender Analysis: evaluating tender responses, conducting cost comparisons, and identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.- Required Skills and Expectations:1. Strong communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.2. Attention to detail: ensuring accuracy in tender documents, BOQs, and cost estimations.3. Analytical skills: proficiency in analyzing tender responses, conducting cost comparisons, and identifying potential risks.4. Time management: ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.5. Experience in tender management: 3-6 years of experience in handling tender processes, including tender preparation, bid management, and analysis. A degree in B.A, B.C.A, or B.B.A is preferred.
