The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling e-tender portals, documentation, and coordination for project submissions.________________________________________Key Responsibilities Monitor and track tender opportunities across various e-procurement portals. Evaluate tender eligibility, prepare bid proposals, and ensure compliance with tender requirements. Manage complete tender lifecycle including documentation, technical & financial bid preparation, and final submission (online & offline). Maintain accurate records of bids submitted, status tracking, and tender feedback. Prepare and review tender costing, BOQs, financial comparisons, and contract documents. Ensure timely preparation and submission of EMD, PBG, and other financial instruments. Manage communications with government departments and agencies related to bidding and project execution. Maintain tender database, MIS reporting, and documentation archives.________________________________________Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Tendering Processes, e-procurement portals & GeM. Excellent understanding of tender documentation, contracts, and compliance norms. Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF Editing) and online tender platforms.________________________________________Qualification & Experience Graduation / B.Tech / MCA / MBA (Preferred) Minimum 2+ years of experience in Government tender bidding and processing.
