Job Openings for 10 Lab Technician for Nagaland (Lab Technicians ) NGO Health Care client of Z2plus Nagaland Jobs for Freshers in Nagaland having Educational qualification of : Diploma, B.Sc with Good knowledge in Lab Technicians,Medical Lab Technician,Lab Technician etc.Job Role: Laboratory technician will be responsible for laboratory-based tasks which includes sampling, testing, measuring and recording results in biological, chemical, physical and life sciences. S/he will also provide all the required technical support to enable the laboratory to function effectively, while adhering to correct procedures for health and safety guidelines.Key Performance Areas:1. Visit with the MMU to the camp sites as per the visit roster.2. Collect patient body fluid, tissue or blood samples, conduct the tests and prepare the reports.3. Maintain strict Laboratory Quality Check Standards, including regular equipment function verification, equipment calibration and ongoing troubleshooting efforts.4. Respect strict adherence to patient confidentiality.5. Arrange timely delivery of the reports to the patients and doctor. 6. Contribute to a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, physicians and co-workers by following established standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.7. Keep record of the consumables and reagents and generate the demand on a periodic basis to ensure regular supply. 8. Keep stock received and consumed of reagents and consumables. 9. Conduct Record keeping and daily updating of data base. 10. Support other members of MMU in effective conduct of the camp.11. Complete other duties as assigned from time to time.Qualifications:A DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) / BMLT (Bachelors in Medical Laboratory Technology) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute with 2-3 years relevant experience in a hospital/clinic or in public health program.
