Responsibilities:1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network related issues.2. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.3. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues in a timely manner.4. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT personnel for resolution.5. Ensure all IT systems are functioning properly and perform routine maintenance tasks.6. Assist in the implementation of new technology solutions and upgrades

1. The primary task is to handle calls from customers and provide them with a solution to their issues.2. He/She must show the willingness to learn new things every time and then.3. Must discuss every matter with its supervisor or team leader to get any issue sorted.4. Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility.5. Must be very effective in providing customer service by providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues.6. Submission of Forms to Cams, Karvy, Respective AMCs, and Insurance Companies6. Scanning of Documents and Uploading to the CRM Drive of Respective Clients and other Web Portals7. Be able to carry on transaction online through invest well/ Red vison/Wealth Magic / Revision etc through the BSE Star MF and MF utility and Mister Bond platform.8. Should be able to work and update the Data on Red vision/ Invest well Software etc9. Checking if the feed is Updated and Data Reconciliation and Data Management.10. Check the Clients Investments and Check whether Clients portfolios are matching with their Financial Goals, If there is major deviation then immediately bring that to the notice of the senior.11. To be able to crosscheck that the investment, redemption, purchase has been effectively done and communicate to client.12. Be able to do portfolio review of the Investments of the Client.13. Be able to generate various kinds of reports and to send to the client regularly.14. Prior Experience in Share Trading Platform Preferred.15.
