Candidates who had an experience in coffee / bakeries, hospitality industry are given priority. Daily scheduling for pickups & drops as per schedule2. Ensuring per trip sheet assignment electronic and paper based3. Ensuring management of passengers to assigned vehicles etc4. Allocation of vehicles in the Transport Mgmt System5. Ensure to collect Final roster from client at defined timelines6. Responsible for ensuring positive working environment / interaction with Drivers7. Proper handover/ takeover to next Shift Incharge (No.of cars and SPs, cab charging status, pending trips, maintenance issues any other excepetion report)8. Interaction with Client team for trips allocation/distribution as per scheduled data9. Driver and Vehicle induction at client site + Audits / Ensuring Compliance10. Vehicle and Driver Rostering11. Ensure timely scheduling of cabs and ensure OTA & OTD tracker is maintained12. Complaine management and escalation management13. Timely update of reports to clients and other stakeholders14. Overall responsible for smooth flow of operations at client site and meeting SLA's15. Checking and timely submission of Daily MIS and invoices
