Job Description

Daily scheduling for pickups & drops as per schedule

2. Ensuring per trip sheet assignment electronic and paper based

3. Ensuring management of passengers to assigned vehicles etc

4. Allocation of vehicles in the Transport Mgmt System

5. Ensure to collect Final roster from client at defined timelines

6. Responsible for ensuring positive working environment / interaction with Drivers

7. Proper handover/ takeover to next Shift Incharge ( cars and SPs, cab charging status, pending trips, maintenance issues any other excepetion report)

8. Interaction with Client team for trips allocation/distribution as per scheduled data

9. Driver and Vehicle induction at client site + Audits / Ensuring Compliance

10. Vehicle and Driver Rostering

11. Ensure timely scheduling of cabs and ensure OTA & OTD tracker is maintained

12. Complaine management and escalation management

13. Timely update of reports to clients and other stakeholders

14. Overall responsible for smooth flow of operations at client site and meeting SLA's

15. Checking and timely submission of Daily MIS and invoices

Experience : 5 - 7 Years
