Financial Statement Preparation:- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.2. Accounting Operations:- Manage and maintain general ledger accounts, journal entries, and account reconciliations.- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.3. Real Estate Specific Accounting:- Understand and apply real estate accounting principles, including revenue recognition, asset depreciation, and lease accounting.- Manage and account for rental income, property expenses, and capital expenditures.4. Audits and Compliance:- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax filings and financial reporting.5. Financial Analysis and Reporting:- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.- Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.6. Team Collaboration:- Work closely with the finance team, property managers, and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or B. Com/M. Com related field.- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.- Proficiency in accounting software- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Knowledge in Finance, Account & Taxation,Knowledge in Accounting, Balance sheet.Knowledge in GST, Online Return Filing & Adv. Excel.Income Tax Online Return Filing, Payroll, Banking and Tally Software.Note: Practical Knowledge Required Candidate
