Data Analysis: Record and analyze daily production data, specifically monitoring output, rework, scrap, and rejection rates. Quality Control: Ensure all manufactured parts meet strict engineering tolerances and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Shop-Floor Management: Enforce 5S, safety protocols, and waste reduction methods. Maintenance: Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance for production machinery. Job Description HVAC System Design Engineer (Mech.)1. Assist to the Engineering Manager to overview the engineering and design aspect upon confirmation of project.
