Person should be capable of Fault Finding Electrical Panel2. Engineer should able to read & develop Electrical Circuit3. Engineer should be able to do SLD reading4. One should be capable of Servicing ACB panels & products5. One should do Panel Maintenance6. Engineer should be able to do Relay testing7. Person should be able to do Relay Commissioning8. Retrofitting of Switchgear in the siteRequirements: 1. ITI or Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics.2. We expect Engineers to get Services sales for AMC Contracts, Retrofitting Products, and after sales delivery will be taken care by service team.3. Strong technical knowledge of Electrical, Capacitors, Reactors, APFC, AHF panels is needed. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.7. Familiarity with a diverse range of Understanding Panels makes is advantageous.

Job Description: Managing short and long duration sales initiatives and ensuring achievement of sales plan for electrical infrastructure and automation products Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including engineering firms, contractors, and end-users, to understand their needs and provide tailored products. Study customer needs and innovate (familiar with ongoing government schemes) Collaborate with partners to develop customized proposals and deliver exceptional customer service Prepare and negotiate sales offers, tender response and proposals to meet revenue targets and business objectives. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers and promote the benefits of our products Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Travel to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events as needed to promote our products and represent the company. Responsible for PAN India Business DevelopmentQualification: Electrical Engineer/equivalent with Domain expertise 3-5 years of experience Knowledge of Electrical Power Distribution & Transmission system Previous sales experience required with know-how of tender process in utilities Ability to work with multiple engineering disciplines and operational groups

Sales Engineer - Switchgear Roles And Responsibility : Manage their subordinates, Front End & Back Office Sales. Roles And Responsibility :Prepare Plans/Strategies regarding Individual & Segment Wise Target.Responsible for Entire Mumbai in Sales Target.Handle the entire Sales Hierarchy.Must take regular updates and groom their team regarding communication.Manage subordinates, front end sales & back office sales.Coordination or any other parameter.Good in Negotiation must have knowledge on electrical products.More than 7+ Years of Relevant Experience as a Sales Manager.Good Knowledge in Switchgears, UPS, Industrial Automation Products, Industrial Plugs and Sockets.B.E in Electrical/Electronics & MBA preferable in Sales & Marketing.Any Relevant Certification Course is accepted.
