The Protection Relay Engineer will be responsible for conducting tests and maintenance on sub-station equipment using the AMT 205 testing kit. Tasks include analyzing and troubleshooting protection relay systems, preparing test reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing technical support to clients. The engineer will collaborate closely with team members to improve testing procedures and solve complex issues effectively.QualificationsKnowledge in testing and maintaining protection relays and sub-station equipmentExperience with troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving technical issues related to electrical testingStrong understanding of industry standards and regulatory compliance for electrical testingAbility to prepare detailed technical reports and documentation of testing resultsEffective communication skills for providing technical support and collaborating with team membersBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldExperience with AMT 205 or similar relay testing kits is a plusProficiency in using related software and testing toolsAbility to work independently and remotely, managing multiple tasks efficiently
