KRAs1) Manage hostel wardens/supervisors wrt daily operations processes and compliances2) Operations management (Services: Housekeeping, Food, Repair and Maintenance, Wifi, Laundry,Hostel Management); Should be able to handle at least 4-5 properties/hostels3) Maintain a Customer Satisfaction Score of 4+ out of 5 across all services4) Work closely with the Account manager, Facilities team and Community team5) Ensure data sanctity for all hostel operations6) Assist account manager with management reviews in the form of strategy making initiatives, plan ofaction and action item updates.7) Escalation handling; Handle escalations pertaining to daily operations by routing them through adesignated channel
