The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes at our facility in Madhavnagar Sangli. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, ensuring quality control standards are met, supervising production staff, and monitoring inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, a degree in a related field, strong leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot production issues efficiently. They should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure. The Production Supervisor must also have excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with production team members and other departments. This is a full-time position that requires working from the office location.
