Hiring For Quality Supervisor

Conduct in-process and final inspection of components/products

Perform measurements using gauges, instruments, and QC tools

Maintain records of inspection reports and test results

Monitor production quality and highlight deviations immediately

Assist in implementing quality standards, procedures, and SOPs

Identify defects, root causes, and coordinate corrective actions

Maintain calibration of measuring instruments

Work with production teams to ensure consistent quality output

Ensure compliance with ISO/industry quality requirements

Knowledge of QC documentation, rejection analysis, and basic 7 QC tools is preferred
