PURPOSE OF POSITION: Overseeing the entire powder coating process, ensuring high-quality production standards, and managing the packaging & loading of finished products. The role requires a detailed-oriented individual with strong leadership skills to manage a team and maintain efficient production and packaging operations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The following duties are normal for this position. Other duties may be required and assigned as needed.Oversee the daily operation of the powder coat line, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.Coordinate with the production team to schedule and prioritize work orders.Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring proper function and minimal downtime.Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures for the powder coating process.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the powder coat line.Assist with implementation of any quality control procedures to ensure products meet company and industry standards.Assist and coordinate regular inspections and quality check on finished products.Identify and address any defects or inconsistencies in the powder coating process.Collaborate with the production team to continuously improve quality standards.Ensure accurate records of quality control tests and resultsOversee the packing and loading of finished products to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.Coordinate with Shipping & Receiving Manager.Supervise and manage a team of powder coat line operators, quality inspectors, packaging personnel and in other processing/production work centers.Provide training and development opportunities for the team members.Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.CORE COMPETENCIES: (Knowledge, skills, and abilities)To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following comp
