Hiring for 3 CNC Supervisor Jobs in Bhosari MIDC, Pune, Maharashtra, CNC Setter, CNC Machine Operator, with minimum 2 Years Experience, Required Educational Qualification is : Higher Secondary, Vocational Course, Diploma, B.Tech/B.E, M.Tech with Good knowledge in Supervision, CNC Setter, CNC Machine Operator etc.,

Monitor day-to-day production/ molding activity with quality and quantity on the basis of daily production schedulePreparation of production report- first piece inspection and other QMS related molding process reportsQuality control instrument handling in molding process & Quality control on all molding partsProduction entry in ERP systemShift schedule and moulding machine allocation planning to operators ( on the basis of operator skill and production schedule )Maintain machine efficiency reports and machine break down reports Monitor rubber availability from mixing department and rubber cutting in molding sectionControl on batch cards and rubber quality

Knowledge of QMS, CSR, External Standards, 7 QC Tools, Problem solving techniques, Inward/ FPIP/Final Inspn. Set ups, To maintain and upgrade QMS throughout the organization, to maintain all QA/QC functions, To impart training, Root cause analysis, Data Analysis and improvements etc., Reporting of data to Top Management, Calibration Activities.
