Job Description

Monitor day-to-day production/ molding activity with quality and quantity on the basis of daily production schedule

Preparation of production report- first piece inspection and other QMS related molding process reports

Quality control instrument handling in molding process & Quality control on all molding parts

Production entry in ERP system

Shift schedule and moulding machine allocation planning to operators ( on the basis of operator skill and production schedule )

Maintain machine efficiency reports and machine break down reports

Monitor rubber availability from mixing department and rubber cutting in molding section

Control on batch cards and rubber quality
