Ground staff play a crucial role in maintaining excellent service standards and efficient flight operations.* Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas.* Issue boarding passes, check luggage, and manage ticketing processes.* Assist special passengers such as elderly travelers, unaccompanied minors, and people with disabilities.* Handle passenger inquiries and flight-related information and resolve complaints professionally.* Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure on-time departures and arrivals.* Ensure compliance with airline and airport safety protocols and security regulations.### **Eligibility Criteria:*** **Educational Qualification:**Minimum 10+2 (higher secondary) from a recognized board.
