€¢ Site visiting, Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.

€¢ Preparation of all civil related documents . NIQ, Schedule, Agreements, Quotations, Work orders, etc.

€¢ Calculate the quantities from given drawing for various items, and prepare estimations for the same.

€¢ Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

€¢ Analysis of rates for building items for construction work.

€¢ Work on design of buildings and Autocad drawings.

€¢ Executing of construction work as per drawings.

€¢ Checking and taking of measurements for the executed work.

€¢ Preparation of measurement books.

€¢ Preparation of monthly running bills for the work.

€¢ Maintaining records for all the works.

€¢ Ensure the Quality of Work & Materials used at site.

€¢ Promoting the best construction practices

€¢ Undergo activities and practices that comply with the procedures of the company and the specification.

€¢ Assures the work is completed and delivered without any defect and delay

€¢ Must highlight value engineering opportunities

€¢ Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
