Store Manager - CHKOKKO Downtown Market Ludhiana Location: Downtown MarketExperience: Minimum 3 yearsCTC: Up to 22,000 - 28,000 per month, based on skills and experienceAvailability to Join: Immediate Joiner or candidate available to join in 15 daysAbout the Role:CHKOKKO is looking for an energetic and responsible Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, drive sales, maintain excellent customer service, and ensure smooth store functioning.Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.Handle sales, customer interactions, billing, inventory, and stock management.Maintain proper visual merchandising and store presentation.Monitor stock levels, inward/outward movement, and product availability.Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.Manage and promote the store's Instagram/social media account and support basic digital marketing activities.Use technology-driven tools and systems for store management, reporting, inventory, and sales tracking.Prepare regular sales and store performance reports.Ensure proper coordination with management and other teams.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.Experience in garments, textiles, apparel, fashion, or lifestyle retail will be preferred.Strong knowledge of store operations, sales, inventory, and customer handling.Experience handling Instagram/social media accounts is preferred.Comfortable using technology and digital tools for day-to-day store operations.Target-oriented, responsible, and customer-focused.Ability to independently manage the store.Salary & Benefits: CTC up to 22,000 - 28,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and suitability for the role.Interested candidates can share their CV at hr@chkokko.com or directly apply through the above link.
