Roles and Responsibilities: Trades in retail clients execute bulk order trades in PMS clients Give back office reports to clients Do bidding for IPOs. Providing regular updates to clients regarding the status of their investment portfolios. Informing clients of new investment opportunities within the stock market. Sourcing new clients through networking and cold calling. A/C opening/KYC Handling of IPOs Handling back office operation Communicate with H.O on daily basis Demit trade transfer Handling client queryRequirements: Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business or related field. Should have sound knowledge of how financial markets operate. Proficient in Excel and mathematics. The ability to evaluate complex information. Strong analytical skills. Excellent negotiation skills. The ability to work under pressure. The ability to work long hours at times when needed.

Processing orders Liaising with transport companies, suppliers and clients Training, supervising and appraising staff Maintaining statistical records Devising rotas for staff Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met Administering stock control Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
