The person would act as a catalyst between Company and Clients. The real estate sales Manager will be required to communicate and explain the ongoing project to the leads, work towards converting inquiries into bookings. Create systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, lead generation services, and other forms of media. Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth Establishing and maintaining relationships with brokers and agents in order to develop new business opportunities Coordinating with other members of the team to prepare for events such as open houses or new home launches, Provide administrative support to clients to ensure a smooth Real Estate transaction. Managing a team of real estate agents to ensure that they are meeting their goals and providing quality service to clients Should have experience in selling of plots ,villas, commercial and residential. Well versed with Kannada, English, Telugu and Hindi Prompt and clear communication with the customer, sales and operation team. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Able to negotiate with clients considering the business continuity Able to analyze the situation and respond accordingly Fast learner and passion for sales Able to achieve targets as set by the management Self-motivated with a results-driven approach 6 days working, rotational week offSkills Required Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts. Strong organization & scheduling skills Should have at least 5-8 years of experience in real estate sales.
