They will have to open the store & then close the store as well.They are expected to work 6 days a week along with week-ends, and will have get a one day weekly off between Monday to Thursday.The working hours will be from 10:30 am to 8:00 pmSome of the job responsibilities are listed below:Attend Calls;Manage the mundane Office Admin & accounts; Selling Packages to customers- Up sell customers; Customer Care, Follow-up Calls to customers regarding appointments; Scheduling / Re-scheduling of appointments; Managing & assigning customers to therapist;Handling the petty cash & cash collections of the outlet.Managing the inventory of consumables & non consumablesMaintaining the cleanliness & neatness of the spa as per set company norms.Job Requirement:Will need to be fluent in English and one local language - Kannada / HindiShould have basic computer knowledgeShould be smart & well turned outPolite to talk to, being service centric & customer orientedRemuneration Offered: 2 to 2.4 lacs per annum (CTC) and monthly incentives between 1000-6000 which is performance based

You will be completely responsible for all cash at the store. Solid understanding of hospitality management and methods to ensure customer satisfaction. You will recruit, supervise the team at your spa also conduct proper training in case of poor performance or failure to follow spa guidelines by your subordinates. Maintain standards of excellence, interacting with guests and staff. Upheld the ambience and appearance of spa and treatment rooms. Target local clientele; plan and execute all local marketing, PR, and promotional events. Answer all incoming guest enquiries on calls also will need to make outgoing calls on database provided to promote business and sales. Effectively coordinated all spa operations and head office team related to accounts and compliance on a daily basis to ensure a smooth, successful operation. Responsible for hiring new employees for the spa when advised to do so. Implement a performance-based employee recognition program that increased productivity by motivating Massage Therapists to strive to work to their full potential. Provide the highest quality guest service and resolved all guest concerns beyond their satisfaction, ensure ethics are maintained in the spa at all times and law of the land prevails. Reduced costs by monitoring and controlling supply usage and changing maintenance service providers. Developed new customer relations through telephone and personable contact and sales activity. Manage and assist in all areas of administrative work including data entry, and receptionist duties.
