Job Description of Spa In-charge & Customer relations executive:

The Spa In-charge, as the name suggests will be responsible for the operations of the store right from opening to closing time. They will have to open the store & then close the store as well.

They are expected to work 6 days a week along with week-ends, and will have get a one day weekly off between Monday to Thursday.

The working hours will be from 10:30 am to 8:00 pm

Some of the job responsibilities are listed below:

Attend Calls;

Manage the mundane Office Admin & accounts;

Selling Packages to customers- Up sell customers;

Customer Care, Follow-up Calls to customers regarding appointments; Scheduling / Re-scheduling of appointments;

Managing & assigning customers to therapist;

Handling the petty cash & cash collections of the outlet.

Managing the inventory of consumables & non consumables

Maintaining the cleanliness & neatness of the spa as per set company norms.

Job Requirement:

Will need to be fluent in English and one local language - Kannada / Hindi

Should have basic computer knowledge

Should be smart & well turned out

Polite to talk to, being service centric & customer oriented

Remuneration Offered: 2 to lacs per annum (CTC) and monthly incentives between ₹1000-₹6000 which is performance based
