Create designs standard and custom for new products, or modify existing ones as per requirement Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide CAD standards and best practices for both AutoCAD (2D drafting) and CATIA (3D modeling, surfacing, and assembly). Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Test designs for safety, usability, and environmental impact Analise data from tests and identify areas for improvement Perform quality control checks and review designs and drawings to ensure accuracy, legibility, and adherence to company and industry standards. Manage CAD software licenses, configurations, and upgrades, and provide technical support to the design team. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CAD technology and industry trends to recommend and implement new tools or processes. Translate project requirements into detailed design plans and delegate tasks to the appropriate team members. Manage project documentation, version control, and file archives. Troubleshoot and resolve design and technical issues that arise during projects. Provide input on budgeting for the design department, including hardware, software, and training. Contribute to business development by showcasing the team's capabilities and providing technical expertise for proposals. Assist in the hiring process for new design team members. Maintain accurate and organized drawing files and project documentation. Backup for design review processes upload the prepared data into the ERP Software

Job Description / Requirement: Piping related computations such as sizing of Pipes, Heat/temperature, Pressure, flow, and pipe thickness calculation, Flow characteristics etc. Preparation and checking P&IDs Development of 3D composite with reference of P&IDs. Preparation as built models as per manufatured jobs. Carryout all basic design/engineering of heating & cooling system. Perform all AutoCAD drafting & 3D Modelling related to your work. Preparation and checking of piping & equipment models/ layouts. Bill of quantities for piping and pipe support material Responsible for quality check of all drafting work done by piping draftsmen Interact with site team for technical queries and execution of project Responsible for meeting project timelines Carry out other jobs as may be delegated by the management from time to time Preparation of Gasket drawings and each gasket price calculations based on sheet price.
