Design Engineer

Job Description / Requirement:

· Piping related computations such as sizing of Pipes, Heat/temperature, Pressure, flow, and pipe thickness calculation, Flow characteristics etc.

· Preparation and checking P&IDs

· Development of 3D composite with reference of P&IDs.

· Preparation as built models as per manufatured job€™s.

· Carryout all basic design/engineering of heating & cooling system.

· Perform all AutoCAD drafting & 3D Modelling related to your work.

· Preparation and checking of piping & equipment models/ layouts.

· Bill of quantities for piping and pipe support material

· Responsible for quality check of all drafting work done by piping draftsmen

· Interact with site team for technical queries and execution of project

· Responsible for meeting project timelines

· Carry out other jobs as may be delegated by the management from time to time

· Preparation of Gasket drawings and each gasket price calculations based on sheet price.
