Experience in CAD software Siemens UG-NX Knowledge of Team center (added advantage) 3D Modeling of part, sub-assemblies & Assembly modeling Sheet Metal Design 2D drafting and detailing with GD & T application. Basic knowledge of machine design, strength of material, Materials, hydraulic system design. Minimum 1.5 yrs hands on experience in UGNX Good knowledge of sheet metal parts manufacturing, casting design, machined part manufacturing Skilled in creating / reading / interpreting engineering drawings.

Experience in Product design and development of Mechanical Components Preparing part modeling, assembly modeling, advance drafting of various components as per customer requirements.components as per customer requirements 3d modelling based on 2d drawing files Strong understanding of design & development concepts and applying the same to facilitate product development. Design Engineering: Designed components for column internals based on clients data sheet & company standards and also reviewing the design for anyoptimizing the same. Technical skills include: Skilled in creating / reading / interpreting engineering drawings with proficiency in designing non standard products based on standard technical specifications. Design new concepts for development of new products and maintain technical compatibility to develop concepts into real products Hands on experience in sheet metal Create drawings with GD & T & tolerance stack up in accordance to the process Strong Knowledge on Plastics, Surfacing & Sheet Metal Design.

1)Experience in Creation of A-class surfaces and develop 3d module concepts for interior & exterior parts.2)Experience in designing plastic parts, FRP and develop components in surface modeling using softwares Catia / solid works.3)Knowledge of Automotive regulatory requirements and PDM / PLM is desirable.4)Possess good communication skills.
