Supervise and coordinate with shop floor teams to ensure timely completion ofproduction targets. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: B. Tech Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 - 5 years in water storage, tanks/silos, fabrication industry or similar inrole. Certifications in Auto CAD & SOLID Works or hands on experience. Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and externalstakeholders, including vendors and clients, regarding production updates andtechnical specifications. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, quality,procurement, and site execution to ensure smooth workflow and successful projectdelivery. Demonstrate excellent team collaboration by facilitating communication betweenshop floor workers, engineers, and management to align on production priorities. Encourage and maintain a safe and compliant working environment in line withcompany policy and legal requirements.

Product Development & Design Expertise in designing, prototyping, and launching new products. DFMEA & PFMEA Strong understanding of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis for risk assessment.
