We are looking for the candidate highly interested in Heat Transfer, Fluid Dynamics, Mechanical Design, Energy Efficiency, Technology and Innovation. Experience in process calculations, equipment sizing, mechanical eng design and strength calculation of static equipment.Ability to design all types of static equipment/Reactors including FEA and perform the respective mechanical calculations according to national and International codes standards like ASME, API, TEMA, IBR, Din and directive guidelines of PED.The candidate should be able to perform mechanical design calculations of PV, HE, Reactors and Columns with the Internals using software tools like PVElite, AutoCad and solid Edge.The candidate will have multiple responsibilities like drawing checking, assistance in Procurement and preparation of various documentation.

Self-driven person to improve existing products, processes & troubleshooting of existing production issues. Provides technical and engineering support to Production department.Liaising with Production, R &D and Purchase team for existing product improvement.Visit to vendors for part development & to ensure their Quality standard as per our requirements.Proficiency with engineering design program such as Solid works. Knowledge of AutoCAD & Solid Edge will be an added advantage.Application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).Creates CAD models, including part and assembly drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs) released of design changes thru proper documentation process.Knowledge of different manufacturing process like Sheet metal fabrication, Machining process, plastic Moulding, vacuum forming & Surface treatment process.
