A Digital Service (or Marketing) Executive drives online brand presence, manages digital campaigns, and optimizes marketing channels like SEO, social media, and email to increase traffic and conversions.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook).SEO & Web Optimization: Perform keyword research, SEO, and content updates to improve website ranking and user experience.Social Media & Content: Develop content calendars, manage social media profiles, and engage with followers.Analytics & Reporting: Analyze key performance metrics (ROI, KPIs) to prepare performance reports and actionable insights.Collaboration: Work with designers, sales, and IT teams to align digital initiatives with overall business goals.

1. Accurately process payroll on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis for all employees, including those working in warehouses, logistics operations, and management roles.2. Calculate and process final settlements for employees leaving the company, ensuring the proper handling of unused leave, severance pay, or any other entitlements.8. Stay updated on all labor laws and regulations that impact payroll, including wage laws, overtime regulations, and employee rights specific to the logistics sector.9. Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement savings, and other benefits specific to the logistics industry.10. Ensure the confidentiality of payroll data, including employee salaries, tax information, and benefits details.11. Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related queries, including issues related to pay discrepancies, tax deductions, and leave balances.12. Ensure the accurate processing of overtime pay, incentive structures, and other performance-based bonuses within payroll, particularly for logistics employees working in warehouses or in the field.13. Work closely with the finance and accounting departments to reconcile payroll and financial records.
