About Us: Medorvia Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is a growing pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving healthcare access in rural areas. We are looking for passionate Master of Social Work (MSW) graduates to join our grassroots initiative. Your primary role will be to visit villages, build trust with the community, and connect families with our free healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Outreach: Travel to designated rural areas and villages daily to engage with local residents.

Women's Mobilization: Meet with rural women, bring them together in groups, and educate them about health, hygiene, and available medical support.

Promote Free Consultations: Inform villagers about the free doctor consultations and health camps organized by our company.

Brand Awareness: Act as the face of Medorvia Life Sciences, spreading our mission of accessible healthcare so people know how we can help them.

Requirements:

Education: A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree is mandatory.

Skills: Excellent ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with villagers in Hindi.

Mobility: Comfortable with daily field travel. Having a personal two-wheeler is highly preferred.

Attitude: A genuine desire to empower rural women and improve community health.
