The SEO Manager will be responsible for increasing organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and driving qualified leads through technical, on-page, and off-page optimization initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningDevelop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goalsConduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunitiesDefine KPIs and create measurable SEO roadmapsTechnical SEOPerform technical audits and ensure website health (crawlability, indexing, site speed, structured data, mobile optimization)Collaborate with developers to implement technical improvementsMonitor and resolve issues affecting search visibilityOn-Page OptimizationOptimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and site architectureProvide SEO recommendations for new and existing contentEnsure best practices for UX and SEO alignmentContent & Off-Page SEOPartner with content teams to create SEO-driven content strategiesOversee backlink acquisition and digital PR strategiesMonitor brand mentions and authority growthAnalytics & ReportingTrack, analyze, and report on organic performance (traffic, rankings, conversions)Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.Provide regular performance reports with actionable insightsLeadership & CollaborationManage and mentor SEO specialists or agencies (if applicable)Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and development teamsStay updated with algorithm changes and industry trendsQualifications RequiredBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field35+ years of proven SEO experienceStrong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factorsExperience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms
