API Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure RESTful and SOAP APIs. Develop and implement API standards, including security, authentication, anddata integrity. Create and manage API documentation to ensure clarity and ease of use forinternal and external developers.Integration and Data Management: Integrate APIs with internal systems, third-party services, and externalplatforms (e.g., payment gateways, accounting software). Work closely with business analysts and product managers to defineintegration requirements. Handle data parsing, transformation, and synchronisation across platforms.Performance and Security: Monitor and optimise API performance, ensuring low latency and highavailability. * Design and implement business process solutions using IBM BAW and Cloud Pak for Business Automation.* Develop workflow models, services, and integrations using BPMN, Case Designer, and Automation Services.* Customize IBM BAW capabilities using JavaScript, Java, REST APIs, and client-side scripting.* Integrate BAW with databases, content management systems (e.g., IBM FileNet), and other enterprise platforms.* Work closely with business analysts to gather and translate process requirements into technical solutions.* Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot BAW applications in cloud-native environments (e.g., OpenShift/Kubernetes).* Follow Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for continuous delivery and integration.* Ensure automation solutions meet security standards and best practices.

Salesforce Sr. DeveloperRequired Skills: 4-6 years Salesforce Experience with Apex, LWC, Lightning, Integration (REST/SOAP). SFDC platform developer I and II, App builder certification preferred Solid understanding of Salesforce platform, features Experience on Git Version Control Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns Strong understanding of relational database concepts and designs Experience working with Visual Force pages, Lightning, Apex programming required Experience working with integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce and various web technologies.
