* Design and implement business process solutions using IBM BAW and Cloud Pak for Business Automation.

* Develop workflow models, services, and integrations using BPMN, Case Designer, and Automation Services.

* Customize IBM BAW capabilities using JavaScript, Java, REST APIs, and client-side scripting.

* Integrate BAW with databases, content management systems (., IBM FileNet), and other enterprise platforms.

* Work closely with business analysts to gather and translate process requirements into technical solutions.
