We are looking for a Refractory Supervisor with 7 to 10 years of experience to oversee our refractory operations. The successful candidate will work on-site in our facility located on Hyderabad Bangalore Road. This role is open to male applicants only and requires the ability to manage various tasks related to refractory materials in the production process.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Supervise Refractory Operations:** Oversee daily activities in the refractory section to ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.- **Quality Control:** Monitor the quality of refractory materials and ensure they meet industry standards. This includes conducting regular inspections and tests.- **Team Management:** Lead and train a team of workers in refractory applications and safety procedures. Facilitate effective communication and teamwork within the unit.- **Maintenance Oversight:** Coordinate regular maintenance tasks for refractory equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity.- **Inventory Management:** Manage the stock of refractory materials and supplies, ensuring availability without overstocking.- **Safety Compliance:** Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations to minimize risk and maintain a safe work environment for all employees.To be successful in this role, candidates should have a strong understanding of refractory materials and applications. They must demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
