We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects in Bangalore. You will also coordinate with different teams to facilitate the project flow and solve any on-site issues. Monitoring work progress and quality is essential, as is keeping detailed records of daily activities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.Candidates should have strong communication skills to effectively interact with workers, engineers, and project managers. Attention to detail is crucial in maintaining quality standards and ensuring that the work aligns with project specifications. You should be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, as this will help in coordinating construction activities effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure will also be advantageous. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of hands on work in transformer inspection, minor repairs, and OLTC maintenance. The candidate should be capable of performing electrical and mechanical testing, identifying issues such as oil leakages, overheating, and insulation problems, and supporting reliable field operations.Skills: Experience in transformer and OLTC operations, including preventive maintenance; strong knowledge of safety procedures and proper handling of tools and equipment; and a solid working understanding of the transformer oil filtration process.

Candidates should have good experience in Elevator erection, installation and technician skills with multi tasking skills, can be absorbed as site Supervisors or Installation or Erection Engineers
