Green Fortune Doors and Windows is looking for Business Development Officer (BDO) to join

— Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships.
— Create proposals and present solutions to potential clients.
— Analyze market trends and implement strategies to meet business goals.
— Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
— Planning, developing and executing new marketing initiatives. Conduct research on the
market/organizations and individuals to identify new markets and customer needs
— To visit and supervise all the existing and upcoming projects. To coordinate with the
Sales teams and ensure that the timelines are met. Daily updates to be sent to the
Management
— Contribute in preparing the monthly sales target Will be responsible to achieve and
exceed the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
— Will be responsible to educate and focus on key Builders, Architects and senior
architects about the company 's product (UPCV Doors and Windows ) features, USPs,
etc.
— The candidate is expected to provide mature and strong leadership in their respective
territory, thereby enhancing the stature and presence of the brand.
— Being a single window contact with the customer, the candidate shall ensure the
highest level of customer satisfaction index.
— Analyze performance, market conditions, and competitor strategy and suggest
solutions and implement the same.
