Site Inspections & Witness Testing: Conducting regular field inspections and witnessing laboratory test (such as concrete slump or cube tests) to verify that workmanship meets the required method statements. Non-Conformance Management : Identifying defects or deviations, issuing Non- Conformance Reports (NCRs), and overseeing corrective actions to ensure the issue is resolved permanently. Audit & Compliance: Performing internal quality audits and coordinating with third party inspectors or client consultants to secure approvals for completed work. Reporting: Preparing daily, weekly, monthly quality reports for management to track trends and ensure the project remains on schedule without costly rework.
