The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all fire safety systems and equipment are installed, tested, and maintained in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. This includes designing, installing, and commissioning fire safety systems, as well as conducting regular inspections and tests to ensure that they are functioning properly.Key Responsibilities:1. Installation:- Install fire safety systems, including fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, and fire suppression systems- Ensure that all systems are installed in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations2. Testing and Commissioning:- Conduct regular tests and inspections to ensure that fire safety systems are functioning properly- Commission new systems and ensure that they are functioning as intended3. Maintenance and Repair:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fire safety systems and equipment- Ensure that all systems and equipment are in good working condition and meet relevant codes and standards4. Inspections and Audits:- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure that fire safety systems and equipment are compliant with relevant codes, standards, and regulations- Identify and report any deficiencies or issues to management5. Code Compliance:- Ensure that all fire safety systems and equipment are designed, installed, and maintained in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations- Stay up-to-date with changes to codes, standards, and regulations and implement any necessary changes6. Communication and Collaboration:- Communicate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, site managers, and other engineers- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that fire safety systems and equipment are integrated with other systems and equipmentRequirements:1. Education:- Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field2. Experience:1-6 years of experience in fire protection engineering, preferably in the construction industry3. Skills:- Strong knowledge of fire safety systems and equipment, including fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, and fire suppression systems- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We Offer:1.
