Job description:Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & PlanningPrepare structural designs for offshore and onshore facilities.Develop layouts, drawings, and specifications for civil works.Project ExecutionSupervise construction activities at project sites (pipelines, platforms, buildings).Ensure compliance with ONGCs safety and quality standards.Structural AnalysisPerform load calculations and stability checks for offshore platforms.Use engineering software for modeling and simulation.CoordinationWork with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, petroleum engineers).Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.ComplianceAdhere to environmental and regulatory norms.Maintain documentation for audits and inspections.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred for structural roles).Experience: 0.5 - 1.5 yearTechnical Skills:Knowledge of STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and other civil design tools.Familiarity with offshore construction standards (API, IS codes).Soft Skills:Strong project management and communication abilities.Ability to work in remote and challenging environments.Typical Work EnvironmentLocation: Gujarat (Ankleshwar, Ahmedabad, offshore sites).Nature of Work: Combination of office-based design and field/site supervision.Working in offshore environments can be physically demanding.Strict adherence to safety protocols is mandatory.Projects often involve tight deadlines and coordination with multiple stakeholders.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundAbility to commute/relocate:Ankleshwar, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
